I'm seriously bummed.
Did you watch "The George Carlin Show"? There was a scene where a lady dropped her grocery bag and he turned around and said "Hey lady, you dropped your stuff." The delivery was amazing. Like seriously funny stuff. It's stuck with me ever since.
This is seriously a huge bummer.
I'm just gonna rock back and forth and repeat the seven words until I wake up.
Most important standup comic of the last 40 years. Really sad to hear about his death. Tragic, really.
Personal favorite skit of mine was always the "baseball v. football" comparison. The guy really was a brilliant wordsmith, the missing link between Lenny Bruce and Jerry Seinfeld.
