Mull, Willard and Waits

This might just be the best video I've ever put up on the site:



It's of a youngish Tom Waits appearing on Fernwood 2Nite, which was Martin Mull and Fred Willard's 70's-era faux-talk show. The show it's self was brilliant in it's own right and having Tom Waits on it is as good an idea as the addition of chocolate syrup to ice cream. Or of Penn to Teller. Or of citrus to liquor, to paraphrase Craig Finn.
