I'm soooo looking forward to seeing what scrumptious food gets whipped up on Top Chef this coming season.

Even more, I'm looking forward to the weekly write-ups here at ZFS. I'll be checking every Thursday morning, so don't miss a write-up because it is now your task.

And if you mess up your task, Chef Tom Colicchio may ask you to pack up your knives.

And we don't want that...

PS The big question is what will CDog be serving at his mansion tonight during the Top Chef debut?
Sour cream and chips? Hot dogs wrapped with bacon? Bacon wrapped with bacon...and then deep fried?

I will certainly do my damndest to have a pipin' hot Top Chef write-up every Thursday, barring any hangovers. The first couple of weeks are going to be me feeling out the situation, though; hopefully it will improve as it goes along.

As for Top Chef Premier snacking... I'm thinking beans and Ro-Tel tomaotes with sour cream and cheese heated up and done like shots of whiskey. Delicious.
